Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or soiled, or if it is completely unused. *Please note that refunds will only be finalized and processed after the physical item has been returned to us and its condition has been verified. We cannot issue a refund prior to inspecting the returned physical product.

Replacements: Upon request, we can provide a replacement with a non-defective product instead of a refund. *To process a replacement request and verify the condition of the item, we may ask you to send photographs of the affected area.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipment. However, please note that we cannot accept cancellations for Made-to-Order items once the order has been confirmed.
